As you can see, 2009 is showing an increase in the number of properties sold in Daytona Beach Shores, over 2008. To be exact, so far, 2009 shows 33 more homes sold, over last year. We'll continue to watch these numbers throughout the year, and hope that Daytona Beach Shores real estate sales continue to improve! So far, each city I've researched has shown continued improvement this year.
Brief synopsis for Daytona Beach Shores real estate: For the city of Daytona Beach Shores, from 2004 to 2005, the number of real estate sales leapt upward, showing a completely even amount of sales for those two, most productive years. Then in 2006, theDaytona Beach Shores real estate market took a more than significant drop, showing the number of sales for that year to be less than half the amount of the two preceding years! In 2007 and 2008, the number of sales continued to drop in small increments. Thankfully, so far this year, the Daytona Beach Shores real estate market has shown a relatively significant increase in the number of sales, with the only down side being that if the real estate market for Daytona Beach Shores, for 2009, continues at this rate, by year's end, the real estate market for this city will be approximately the sames as it was in 2002.
