Dinah Sees Survivors! Around the track they come. The Survivors. Dressed in passionate Purple they wave and smile for all to see that... we can beat cancer.

Years of progress and dedication to eradicate this silent killer have given them THIS moment. A moment that will lead to many more moments for many others Some, yet to know they they too are going to be fighting this battle.

The reason I called this post Motivational Monday is because of their attitudes.

Not one survivor feels sorry for themselves or complains. They are grateful for the day, the hour, and the minute that they have been given. They know that time is a gift and they will not let another minute pass without taking advantage of every second!

If we all could see the day for all that it could be instead of all that it is not~ we could really live life to OUR fullest!

My prayers are with every survivor...THANK YOU!

In addition to the great attitudes of the survivors, but also to the postive attitudes and the don't give up spirit of those who are currently going through there cancer treatment process. I know women who are battling some severe cancer, and it is amazing how they remain positive. Lesson can be learned from them.

Dinah...My Dad is a cancer Survivor. So these types of gatherings are foremost in my mind. I always donate to all the local fund raisers!
