I traveled by this sign several times through the week, while vacationing in Northern Michigan. Finally I just had to say it, "honey, stop the car!" We turned around and pulled into the cemetery. John thinks I'm insane, the girls (teenagers) are just plain embarrassed, and I'm just laughing and snapping away.
It's all perspective.

Cindy, I guess you can't argue with that. It is a good view with a lot of piece and quiet. lol
That's great, Cindy. The client must surely appreciate a peace which passeth all understanding.
That reminds me of a home inspection I did several years ago. I always pull the public records and MLS listing before I go, and this one said something like "Views galore!" Well, I knew from the address that there weren't any views of any significance. Turns out that the views galore were of the back of the mall with all it's trash dumpsters.

We did a road trip to northern Michigan last week also. Went up along Lake Huron. My hubby wasn't overly thrilled with me either, wanting to stop at every lighthouse to take photos. I'm kicking myself now for not insisting he stop for me to take pics of the old churches in Bay City. They were beautiful.
I would have done the very same thing. It's funny how crazy you get once you have a blog. You start to see everything as an opportunity for a blog post! Funny photo!
