I will check out the link. In our area HUD homes are listed with an agent so I don't think we can advertise.

Gita, There are listing brokers all over the country. THAT DOES NOT MATTER! All HUD-certified brokerages are allowed to sell HUD Homes! HUD's advertising guidelines open the door to all HUD-certified agents. You cannot LIST the property in the MLS, nor can you give the impression the listings are yours exclusively. You can, however, advertising single properties and HUD homes in general. Go for it!

Great suggestions, Frances. Actually, when we sell HUD homes, we can potentially make more money. That's another reason to sell those homes.
