Sunny and a little warmer today 74 predicted for Santa Monica, 80's downtown, 90's+ in the valleys.  If you ccan stay away from downtown near the Staples Center as the police are closing the streets around the area as the Michael Jackson memorial takes place.

We have inspections this week on a couple of properties we just put in escrow.

The market opened lower again today -74 at 7:15 this a.m.
