I am interested in renting a house or townhome or condo on 2/20. Do you have anything available in this area? I am closing on my house on 2/26 here in Broomfield and I am not ready to buy yet, thus the need to rent for 6 months or so. I have a 13 pound poodle and I am 55 years of age. Please advise.
