Today was a wonderful day.There were lots of smiles and hap heart py people.There was a closing on a property. It was a condo at Bakers Bay in Philadelphia Pa. Everything went smooth.I have been hearing nightmare stories about condo financing.There wasn't any problem here.There were just happy faces and smiles.It does ones heart good and makes you proud to be a Real Estate Professional.The buyer is a very special friend of mine and I wrote one of my very first blog post about him.He is a first time home buyer and looking forward to receiving his $8000 check from the government as he does meet all the qualifications.He is making an appointment to see his friend Gary the accountant to fill out all the necessary amended forms.

Paul..There are more to come..I have been lucky this month..things have been looking up here and sales have been up ..mortgages have been tough but with the right loan officer and the right Realtors doing the work before closing..and the buyers and sellers cooperating..we all seem to get the job done..thanks

Andrea..It makes my heart feel good..and I love him to death..I am so happy for him ..he lives in the condo development next to me and my son across from me and him..now i have both my boys next to me..Yes it makes it all worthwhile! Thank you
