Oh, poor little guy. Must have been playing on the beach and got hit by the big wave.

Liz: It looks more like a good game of peek-a-boo gone horribly wrong. What were you throwing at this poor kid ?

Hi Liz: marco polo - that's funny - I was thinking peek-a-boo myself.

Maybe a sprinkler went off at the wrong time. I see the grass behind the kid. I think.

You're mean. Taking a picture and letting the poor kid suffer with sand in his eyes ...what a wordless wednesday addict lol

Ha I'm not that heartless! :-) My nephew playing in the sand on the beach at Harrison Lake on July 1st.......I just happened to be crusing the shore and my camera landed on him! :-)

Hey Liz... I like the mean streak...

LOL, never did you expect to get accused of causing this, LOL. I guess that goes to prove we need to be VERY careful of what pictures we post! That is a cute photo, nothing you can do for the ole sand in the eyes unless you are prepared with an eye cup and eye wash. Who carries that to the beach? And if anyone answers yes, I am thinking you are THE most prepared person in the world.. or a bit on the OCD side.

Liz, It IS real, isn't it? I could almost feel the feeling os sand--it hurts!

Ouch that hurts! The candid shots are the best, even if they are sometimes painful. I feel this way quite often wearing contacts in the wind.

Oh they were having fun - and like every beach some kids like to throw the sand.......Adam just happened to be the lucky recipient this time.........I thought it was a cool capture...:-)
