South Jordan had one of the larger increases in number of homes sold, increasing 13.33%. Prices, on the other hand, followed the decreasing trend. Both median and average sold price went from the upper 300's to the lower 300's, decreasing 19-20%. Homes in South Jordan are still a little more expensive than homes in most other cities but, like mentioned above, sales increased so the area is still attracting buyers.
