Lisa and Robert - Woodcliff Lake sounds like a wonderful town, albeit a bit pricey - that;s a pretty high average list price. Interesting that so many of your sale price/list price ratios are in the high 80% range - we are all in the mid 90%s and above and have been for some time for many communities.
