We insist that all contracts for the sale of real estate be in writing and in proper form. We are authorized to complete forms and modify language to suit the needs of the parties.
  3. We negotiate on your behalf. You choose us to protect you, your home and your equity. We stand guard to be sure that the buyer is approved or approvable, that the offer is solid and that any and all contingencies are detailed and anticipated.
  4. We do all the marketing and consulting required at no cost to you. We are only paid upon our satisfactory results.
