Wednesdays astute words - AR Brad rocks! I love my new iPHONE. 

After a small discussion with one of the most astute AR intellects (Brad) I took his advice and I bought an iPHONE.  I just didn't buy an iPHONE 3 GS 16 GB, I went all out and bought the iPHONE 3GS 32 GB....

well I didn't totally do that all by choice...  I wrote this blog last week asking for opinions.

OK, is it the new Blackberry Tour or the iPHONE? Here's what I found out...

After taking all of those opinions into account,  I was on a mission.

My mission was to purchase a phone that would last me a few years and one that had every single capability out there at this point in time.  I'm not a shopper, actually I hate to shop...

I went to search for and iPHONE 3GS 16 GB advertised with new service for $199.00.  I wanted to buy it through a Best Buy store b/c they would offer insurance. After reading a blog post where AT&T wouldn't replace a damaged phone unless the buyer paid full price of $400.00...I was on a mission.

While sitting in my office again talking about how great Active Rain was and the fact that I wrote the blog as above.  Two agents in my office also recommended the iPHONE 3GS 16GB phone.

They showed me how well it worked.

So...me, who hates to shop - shopped.

The closest Best Buy that offered insurance had one iPHONE left...it was the iPHONE 3GS 32 GB.  While I didn't really think I needed this one...there were no other iPHONE 3GS 16 GB phones within a 20 mile radius of my home...and my phone was in hospice care...I had to sit in my car and hold it very carefully to get it to charge at all - it was a port issue.

After calling all the stores in this 20 mile radius of my home and learning that they had no idea when the next shipment would be delivered...I bought the iPHONE 3GS 32GB - it was the only one left in my area.

Well, I'm not sure that I am using the to the capabilities offered on this phone YET!  However Brad is correct, it is awesome.

The keyboard is touchy as others have said, then again...I have had this phone now for only 26 hours.

I will figure it out and I will love this phone. Best Buy offers insurance on this phone which I purchased.

AT&T, if you buy it direct, I am told by one person doesn't, then again, I'm told by another it does.

I have bought 2 computers from Best Buy, 2 camera's from Best Buy and they do stick by their insurance policies.

When I finally learn how to use this...(secret...Brad did send me a tutorial)...you will all love this phone as well.
