Vasa Park in the MLS..

Vasa Park real estate in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue situated on the banks of Lake Sammamish.  This lovely neighborhood is situated so that is is a perfect distance for commuting via I-90 to Seattle.  The houses there are pretty amazing, but my favorite are the colonials!  There are some gorgeous colonial style homes in Vasa Park!

There are five Vasa Park homes available right now ranging from $429,500 for a 4 bedroom 1920 square foot home with territorial views to $899,990 for a 5 bedroom and 5 bath new construction home with 4038 square feet!

Two of the homes in that range are gorgeous colonials and one home in that batch is a short sale in the lower end of the range.  You can find creek front homes in the batch as well.

There is one home pending in Vasa Park right now - listed at just under $375000, but that is not a common price in this neighborhood - those low $400k homes that are active are an affordable way to get into this neighborhood right now.

So let's look at Vasa Park real estate closings in 2009.  This is a very small part of Bellevue real estate, but there have been 6 closings this year in Vasa Park ranging from $399,000 to $649,000 for a lake view home.  Market times are longer than average, but the real estate in this neighborhood is still moving.
