What if this was your job?

By
Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart Realty West CalBRE #01458572

If you leave a comment, Jim will visit your blog and leave a comment.I've always wondered about certain jobs and what those people had to do to get their jobs, such as fire fighters and police officers, for example.

What kind of training is involved?

Where do you apply?

What's the interview like?

Do you show up to the interview in suit and tie, or do you have your gun or fire extinguisher with you?

I'm not going to tell you where I was, or what job these people were doing, and I'm not a beer drinker, but it sure looks to me like these guys' jobs is to throw a beer keg. Not sure if it was full or empty. Maybe they had to throw it before they got to drink it -- LOL.

Beer keg mover?

Beer keg mover?

Beer keg mover?

Anyone with a wild guess? In all fairness, they had other parts of their jobs, too. Following is a slide show of all that they were doing. If the slide show here doesn't work on your computer, click here to watch it at slide.com.

Hi Jim, I was't able to figure it out until I checked out your slide show.  I'm picturing those girls from Baywatch in their little red bathing suits tossing beer kegs.....

Hey, Ann - Somehow I can't picture the babes from Babewatch doing this kind of training - LOL

Hey, Michelle - After watching them, it looked like the big ball that the one guy is throwing was actually heavier than the keg, so I'm guessing the keg was probably empty.

Hey, Kevin, Li, and Matt - It's San Diego Lifeguard training.

Hey, Bob & Carolin - Zoey the Cool Cat's pay isn't too good, but she gets what she needs - food, love, sleeping quarters, and a pooper scooper.

Hey, Lou - We could do real estate at the beach, though, right?

Hey, Dan - Is that how those college students tell when the keg is empty?
