Brisk Activity at Margate Tower in Myrtle Beach

In spite of the much publicized “slow” market, 21 condos have been sold at The Margate Tower in the first half of 2009. Sure, the prices are not what they used to be, but judging by this activity, Buyers have certainly shown their confidence in this project.

My favorite unit at the Margate Tower is the “02” unit, which has the best views in the building. The ample terrace/balcony wraps around this 4BR/3BA, over 3,000 sq. ft. condo and confers some amazing views of the ocean and the beach. In their heyday, these used to sell for over $2MIL. This year, unit 1802 sold for the incredible price of $725,000. Can you say: ONE LUCKY BUYER?
