"I love Laurel Springs," said one of my friends not too long ago.

Me too.

I recently listed a really beautiful, one level, Laurel Springs area home here in Salem Oregon. Homes don't seem to come up for sale 3125 Elderberry Drive very often in this neighborhood. With the larger sized lots, mature landscaping, and home owners that seem to rarely move, what's not too like about this area?

Pavers, terrific landscaping, and the house from the outside at least looks very intriguing.

This is a great neighborhood. I've always loved it. Another thing I like is that these are spacious, 1-level homes. Big enough to raise a good-sized family in! With the tiny lots in other areas of town, it requires 2-3 levels to get in the same square footage. Didn't they used to call this style a "rambler"?
