Lori Kim: Home staging was an important part of the puzzle, but Tommy did an incredible job of marketing this home and pulling the deal together. I salute him.

Fantastic Michelle, as usual! Nice to see some high-end stuff moving. I'm sure your staging had a lot to do with the multiple offers. I've moved into this market (1-4 Mil) and you have been an inspiration. Oversized rugs are the biggest hurdle because of the expense...I've have a growing collection.

Michelle...love it, the results and your praise of an agent. Sounds like he'll probably keep you even busier.

Margaret: Home sales in this range have slowed over the past year as have luxury home construction starts. I have noticed an uptick in activity lately which I hope is an indication of good things to come. Oversized rugs can be very costly, but they can be found for reasonable prices on-line, at auction or directly from private owners who are downsizing. I think that the use of high quality Persian rugs is one of the things that sets my company ahead in the luxury home staging market.

Ginger: Tommy did an amazing job with this sale. He deserves praise. I hope we will work together on many more projects.
