Melissa - Perfect! We always build sand castles with the kids and they love it.
Nice pic and keep on pushing what you do ALOT harder as too many agents focus waaaay too much time on paperwork, and they should spend little to no time on paperwork.....if they really want to make good money. 28 years in the business and I have never sent in a commission disbursement request to a broker......and I never will. It is a total waste of my time and energy. Well done.......

Wonderful Melissa! Have you noticed how people will carefully walk around a sand castle on the beach?
Ahhh, to be young again, at least in the heart! I haven't been to the beach for many a year. I miss Southern California...
Oh, the memories! I loved building sand castles with my kids when they were little. Going back even further, some of my fondest childhood memories are of the beach with my family.
we used to do that all the time at the beach when we were kids.... we'd spend so much time doing it, we would be fried...and and realize it...Good times.
Milissa - I love sand castles and your photograph is a great reminder that there are thousands of miles of sand beaches just like this one.
