Sexy Postcard Marketing for the Ladies

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Virtual Pictures Corp. (VPiX)

Okay, I got a good number of men and women REALTORS coming back with interesting comments about using SEX to help sell Real Estate.

So here's one for the ladies. This card, along with the other one is advertising properties from the same firm. They have a few offices in California and from my point of view, I like their "Think Different," attitude.

Sexy Marketing for the Ladies

Now it's confession time. We created these postcards for a very interesting and progressive client in California.

When our client first brought up the ideas to use Sex, we immediately called CAR (California Association of REALTORS). Apparently, there's no laws on books regarding advertising using attractive men or women.

But if you think these postcards are hot, wait until you hear the radio ads.  Depending on the okay-dokie from our client, we will post them here and let you know what the results were after 30 days of using this new Sex Sells Real Estate campaign.

No doubt throughout the ages, sex sells. Clever ad campaign. It will probably amuse some, offend others and be recognized by all.

The brokerage is going after Divorced Barbi types. Wealthy, divorced women on this marketing campaign.

She comes to California with Ken's Car and Ken's Bank Account. Now she needs to buy Ken's House to make her complete.

I'll let everyone know how well these campaigns work in late August or early September.

This one has funnier verbiage than the sex kitten card.

That would probably work if you sent them to any place that there were single women lurking:)

Good creative ideas, though it may not pass the Corporate department in our big company! They want us to play it 'safe'! This post card will attract both women and ... men as well!

I have to say I am not sure this is going to work especially advertising for desperate housewives... while clever I just don't see it attracting serious buyers but hey who knows in this day and age... he isnt the right guy to attract women... I dont think... but let us know

No doubt that some out there take the approach that a glam shot translates into wishful thinking on the part of prospective clients that perhaps there will be more to the "relationship" than just buying or selling a house.
