So what's been happening?

Have been lazy for a while. Hope I didn't miss too much... It's been so hot here in Florida, that all one wants to do is sleep or float in the pool... I'm looking forward to Fall, even Winter!

Real Estate seems to be moving again. All the steals have just about been stolen, prices have gotten more realistic.

If the hurricane season is again kind to us, look for the Florida market to be off and running again. The tourist are definitely back, which is a wonderful thing for Florida.

Tourism and oranges are about all we have to offer, so it's good to have the tourists back.

Welcome back, Robert! It's hot as all get out here, too, but it seems as though people are getting out and moving around. Sometimes I don't understand why though! LOL I kind of like that nap/float in the pool thing. :)

I just read one of your comments on my blog from back in October 2007, and clicked the link to come visit. We have oranges and tourists here in Tucson as well, but you have one wonderful thing we don't have. The water! I miss open water.

Today, we are finally getting some rain. My oranges, lemons, figs, peaches, grapefruits, pears, loquats, and grapes need it, along with the grass... Doesn't hurt the roses either!

Hi Robert: I think there may be several of us that have been missing in action to some degree this summer. Seems the markets have improved in many places and we've just simply been busy. Hang in there, Fall is just around the corner.

It is already not as hot as just a few weeks ago. The nicest time came to Florida. Still warm, water is great, but it feels so good.
