A CUSTOMER is the most important person ever in business. . . in person, phone or mail.

A CUSTOMER is not an interruption of our work. . . he is the purpose if it. . . we are not doing hima favor by serving him, he is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.
A CUSTOMER is not an outsider to our business . . . he is part of it.
A CUSTOMER is not a cold statistic. . . he is a flesh and blood human being with feelings and emotions like your own, and with biases and prejudices.
A CUSTOMERis not someone to argue and match wits with. Nobody ever wins an arguement with a customer.
A CUSTOMER is a person who brings us his wants. It is our job to handle them profitably and to ourselves.
As I see it Good Customert Relationships align and empower all parts of your organization to:
- Build long-term customer loyalty
- Increase customer value, and
- Grow recurring revenues and profits.
So what do you think? Is a customer someone that enhances and makes your business? Maybe you have anything to add to the list?
