The market is doing really well. Prices are up. # of sales overall are down, but prices are still rising. That's great market economics. If not as many homes are selling, the pool of availables shrinks naturally... and the health of the prices/value continues to thrive. Personally, I'm doing extremely well. I'm breaking personal records! And had to hire an assistant this year just to keep my head above water!!!
