Wow!!! That's a knock-out. In my neighborhood the same home would cost about $1,250,000 to $2,000,000 depending on lot size and location.

I LOVE Prairie Style Homes. In fact, I've done Frank Lloyd Wright tours. Love it.

Doesn't sell well around here though.

Very cool looking house and nice presentation ..good luck selling this home. Some price...that would go for at least 2 mil here.

I live in Denver. Do you all build custom homes for others? I am interested in building a custom home and I love the look of this house in Castle Rock. Excluding lot costs and demolition costs, what kind of $$ am I looking at to have a custome home built in Denver on a sq/ft basis if I wanted to hire a company like yours to build my house? I know there are a ton of variables, but in general I am looking for a 3 to 4 bedroom, 3 to 4 bath house in the 2,500 to 4,000 sq/ft range, with finishes similar to what you put in this house in Castle Rock house. I am just not sure if I am looking at $75 sq/ft or $400 sq/ft. I am just trying to get a ball park figure? Thank you. And again, what a great looking house. Good luck in selling it!!

We have a 1926 Prairie style home in Greeley, CO. Do you have any pointers on where or how to market it? Trying to find someone who will appreciate the architecture.
