Great post Matt. This falls in line statistacally with the loan amounts we are closing in our office.

It would have to be at least 60%.  Buyers are taking advantage of the low prices and rates.  We are able to still offer 1st Time Home Buyer programs that even with the many changes are allowing buyers to take advantage of the current market.
