I went to my father-in-law's farm this weekend, and look what I found!!!:

Trampoline No photo shop here! That is yours truly doing something I haven't done since junior high...What fun!

When my kids got a trampoline, they were so excited. Not many were around back then. I had to try it. I did bottom drops and more bottom drops. Then my tail bone started hurting and I decided I'd better quit while I was still alive. You look like you know what you're doing!!

Barbara - LOL! No, I really didn't know what I was doing, but this shot made it look like I did! :)

No way! That is so funny! I'm so impressed. I would be 1. scared, 2. dizzy, 3. scared, 4. hot flashing, 5. scared.

Debi - What fun!!! Oh, to be young again...

very very impressive! Wish I thought I could do that!

Love it! We put our trampoline up every year and still enjoy the bounce!

Sharon - LOL! You are so funny! It really was a lot of fun...However, I must admit that the first few times I did that that day, I said..OUCH! My legs weren't quite used to doing that. :)

Lise - I wasn't sure that I could do it, either. I had to do it about twenty times before my husband could snap the picture at the right moment. I kept saying... OUCH! :)

Leslie - That's cool. It's really great exercise! :)

Holy crap, Debi, I couldn't even manage that split sitting on the floor!

I have a client who has a mini trampoline in her living room. She swears it aligns her feng shui or something . . .

Elizabeth - LOL! I can't do the splits either, although it looks like I can from this angle. I think they call this the "Eagle Spreads" or something like that. :)
