While I was relisting a great patio home today, I couldn't help tell the homeowners that lowering the price of the home was not the problem........it's the market.  We are already the best home on the market, larger, more amenities than the new patio homes, and at the least amount!

Having the listing on the market for the past 6 months, with very little showings, isn't unusual.  Within a 1/2 mile of this home, only one Ozark's residential listing has sold in the past 6 months.  Brand new patio homes are still waiting to sell, less square footage, less amenities, more price.

The problem is luxury patio homes are not selling.......period!  So, we relisted, adding:  BRING OFFERS!  MOTIVATED SELLERS! 

Would I buy one of these homes?  You betcha I would.  Who wouldn't want to come home to a carefree home, with an open floor plan, travertine tile flooring, spacious bedrooms, not have to mow the yard, but still enjoy the privacy?  Close to shopping.  Conveniently located between Springfield and Ozark.  This home is perfect for busy executives, or retired seniors, or first time home buyers, or anyone looking for a more simple way of life.
