What can I say?
I feel like I need to make an acceptance speech and start thanking everyone on earth that I can think of. But instead, I've chosen to say a few simple things.
ActiveRain - Thanks. I'm honored to in this group and think it's going to be a great time. I appreciate all you've done for me (both as a network and on a personal level in interacting with you at different times).
Ambassadors - I look forward to seeing what we all can do. I've said it before, but I truly think some of the businesses that call us on a daily basis should take a look at these sorts of programs. The internet as far as agents are concerned is not a place to advertise, but to speak honestly about products and services and figure out if they work for you. I think that as we speak with the new members we will be able to show them the cold hard facts based on the stories, successes, educational opportunities, and friendships we've built. Hey, I found my broker thanks to my involvement in ActiveRain and now 2 of 44 Ambassadors are in the same office in San Antonio (Go RE/MAX Access!). That's a pretty great ratio!
