Bill, I was planting some evergreen shrubs out by the road about a week back, when one of the local landscaping crews rode by. The driver yelled over the same thing "green side up", root ball in the hole.
I would much rather plant sod than re-roof a house!! Good luck!
;)
Steve...you must be one of the 'Good Ol Boys'
Betina...I find that any physical labor clears my mind!
Bill...
So THAT's what you're doing this week. A lot less painful than real estate! lol
Richard...that depends on which nail I hit!
I avoid roofs if at all possible. I have never been a big fan of heights. Of course, I hate laying sod too, but it doesn't frighten me nearly as much.
JL...I have dealt with heights since I was about 8. very little in the way of physical labor has ever slowed me down. Strong back...weak mind!
Looks pretty straight...did you measure each one? I think I hvae been told a version of your story!
When you get done, I have a barn that needs tin put on the roof. LOL
Bill - WOW that looks like hard work. I'd rather not be on a roof when it's so hot!
