I have a client who recently posted a great blog on why photos are important to listing real estate. His title? Poor Photos Degrade Property Value! - and I can't agree with him more.

If you have a moment, you may want to drop by and read his top three common problems with real estate photos and make sure you aren't having those issues with your own pictures.

Excellent online marketing requires using both visuals and descriptions to give the best service to clients and Jeff captures this with his beautiful, full-color examples of what to do, and what NOT to do.

It's amazing how many Realtors still input listings with no photos.  It's even more amazing when I look at some that shouldn't have been taken.  If there is clutter on a counter at least move it for the picture! I do get a good laugh though sometimes....come on!

I can only assume that those who do not put photos, or who put bad ones in the listings have never sat in front of the computer with a buyer trying to decide which homes to view. I cannot count the number of listings my clients and I haven't viewed because of this.
