The Conferrence Board of Canada (Think Tank) is generally pretty accurate in its predictions. It says Canada is on the verge of coming out of the recession.

David, I think we may have hit bottom in Kansas City. Of course, there's no way to know for sure until after the fact. And it is possible that we will see an uptick then another bottom and up again this fall/winter.
