I have included Westchase in my series on "Golf Course Communities", but it offers so much more!
Convenient to the Veteran's Expressway, Westchase was one of the the first major residential developments in the Northwest part of Tampa. In fact, in the early 90's when it was being developed, it was considered to be "way out in the sticks"...and we all wondered who would ever move there!
Now, Westchase is the "closest" of the popular suburban communities and, over the years, it has grown to be one of the best! Residents can choose from the "in-town" lifestyle of West Park Village, with its' 
homes, townhomes or apartments. You can walk over to Catch 23 for some great seafood, or stop into Starbucks for a cup of coffee. The shops offer a little something for everyone, from baby clothes to ice cream!
