Excellent post, I have gone back and read a couple (such as short sale buyers canceling) and am bookmarking this for future reading and reference. Since we work so much in this market with short sales, any trick of the trade is helpful. Wow what a resourse for sellers to read, knowing it is Florida law but will apply in Michigan in most cases.
