Yesterday I renewed my driver's license. Didn't think much about it really... until I saw both my old and new shots, side by side.

The difference in pictures stunned me a bit. You see, the last photo was taken about 5 months before this old atheist met the one and only Jesus of Nazareth in a rather unsolicited and amazing way...

The first guy was making as much money in a year than my father made in most of his whole career, he had all kinds of big boy toys, big house, swimming pool, pretty much anything he wanted and was miserable. The photo shows the attitude in which I lived... I'm the boss, I know best, the rest of the world stinks and should do it my way or the highway, I'm hungover, don't mess with me... look at the picture, you'll see what I mean.

The second guy is barely keeping the bills paid, has lost more money in the last year than his dad made in 20 years of his career and is just enjoying life to it's fullest. Life in abundance is not predicated on the situations in our lives or how much money we may or may not have...

These photos tell a story that would take many thousands of words to tell... so enjoy.
