Evergrene is a 350-acre gated communited in Palm Beach Gardens located less than three-miles from beach.. Evergrene contains over 80-acres of Preserves and open spaces and over 55 total acres of lakes community wide. The largest lake, a 36.5 acres recreational lake with canoeing, kayaking and a fishing pier, is located behind the 12,300 clubhouse.
