I have enough money to pay my mortgage off but I never would. I have a 5.75 percent interest rate and owe roughly 100k .... I made close to 30% per year in the market for the last couple years.... My money makes me alot more that I pay to the mortgage company, plus interest on the mortgage is tax deductible.
