I'm seeing more folks shying away from short sales because of the delays... most are realizing short sales are not always a great deal. Hopefully you can find them something that won't take months to close!

After my short sales experience, I might have sent them the note before they sent it to me.

How come they didn't check the URGENT box?

What a personal touch to hand write you a note! Will you frame this one??

Janna - and they even spelled your name wrong to boot. Talk about adding insult to injury. Don't take it personal in the short sale game this happens frequently.

The good news is that there is another good offer on this house. And though it SEEMS like there is no progress being made, there is, it is just slooooooooooooooooooooooooooow as molasses! Let the good times roll!
