So I was reading this article that came to me from The National Association of Realtors titled "Pending Home Sales Record Fourth Straight Monthly Gain" and I got super excited to once again read about how the market is turning around and things are looking up! This article has some great information in it and talks about the fact that the pending home sales index increased from 0.1% to 90.7% from a reading of 90.6% in April and then 6.7% higher in May2008 when it was 85.0. This article states that the last time there was 4 consecutive monthly gains was in October 2004.
