I am always very pleased to pass on a good news. Money Magazine published the Best Places to Live 2009 list of small American towns. Three suburbs of Greater Cleveland where many of our clients buy or sell Real Estate - Highland Heights (№18) and Solon (№ 23) of Cuyahoga County and Twinsburg (№ 30) of Summit County made Top 50, which is an exciting news.
All cities offer a very good housing opportunity, great education, diversity of cultural and entertainment options for the residents and guests. All cities create a good business environment and employment opportunities.
And we have all four seasons here in Greater Cleveland, which is just fine.
No wonder that so many buyers prefer to purchase homes and condos in Solon, Twinsburg and Highland Heights!
Three more Ohio cities made Top 50 - Westerville (№ 15), Medina (№ 40) and Springboro (№ 41). Way to go, Ohio!
