Soul food is wonderful, we have a great restaurant here called Big Mama's Soul Food..its a great spot and very good food, enjoy!

Hello Everyone! It seems that lately all I've had time to do is post and dash (the story of my life lately)! I just wanted to thank you for your well-wishes and let you know that the REALTOR luncheon was a great success with two agents bringing back buyers for these awesome condos at Preston Flats Charlotte NC!

We've also just reduced the prices of the remaining units and they will be gone before long! Preston Flats Charlotte NC IS the place to be!
