Work with me as your agent and this is what you can expect...

  You will be pre-approved.  I want you to know how much home you can afford.  I want you to buy for the right reasons and want to understand your motivations, so that I can help guide you towards the right purchase.  In today's market, most sellers actually "expect" for a pre-approval letter to accompany any purchase offer. 

  We will build rapport.  A real relationship.  I care about my clients.  I want you to know about me.  Many of my clients over the years have become my friends.  I want to enjoy a long lasting friendship and earn your respect for the ever so important referrals from you.

 I will take time and explain things to you.  Whether you are a first-time buyer or have experience, I want to make sure that you understand everything in plain English. 

 Take the time to weigh the facts, and discuss the the purchase amongst yourselves, with your friends, your family, or anybody else you choose.

 I am NOT a high pressure type of salesperson.I realize that buying a home is a VERY emotional and a huge decision.  I don't need your money so badly that I will talk you into something that you don't want to do!  Hopefully, our experiences together will afford you the pleasure of referring me to your friends and family.
