Charles - It is always a good thing to provide people with good service, as well as information. Hopefully those good deeds will pay off, and generate more business for you in the future.

HI Charles, the service we can provide is way beyond just home buyers and sellers. From my Internet callers this week I have also answered questions about ... a city park, a community center in a subdivision, how to get a tax appraisal adjustment... and that was just this week. Our website and blogs provide much information for all consumers. Being an authority in neighborhoods is an awesome job.

Ah yes Charles, the note. That tiny piece of paper that can make your day...
