I am again fortunate to be the host of 'All About Real Estate', a live radio program on channel 680am www.wcbm.com . It is always fun and I never know who may call in or on what topic. For my current clients I will try to talk about my listings! I really do want to sell some real estate.

Sell Your Home With Margaret Rome

Sharon you were a FABULOUS light on my screen and you were so patient while I took other callers and commerical breaks.

It was a great show. Having Allen Hainge and Sharon Sims on at the same time...well it doesn't get any better than that.

I received a call from my seller in N.C. (This listing was referred to me by CyberStar and this agent is now on AR). The seller was very excited about the way her home was discussed on the radio show and giving information about how we priced her property and it was a good way to promote the open house which was being held immediately after the show..

The show is such wonderful fun. I love the "unknown" of who is going to call in. It so much like real estate. Who will that next caller be?

And is it a seller, a client, a neighbor, your manager, your freind or your competition? You talk to each and everyone and you have the ability to make a difference and you have the opportunity to make an impression.

And Charles, I do have all my shows taped, now I have to do something with them. Your idea of a podcast would be awesome.

Would love to know if other Rainers were able to listen in.
