You MIGHT Be a Redneck...

If your real estate brokerage sponsors a race car or two!!!

Hello race fans...this is a photo of the Fierce-sum number 05, (Grand Modified), which can be seen racing at I25 Speedway between Colorado Springs and Pueblo, CO on some warm summer nights this season. We also sponsor another car, but he'll get his own post later in the season!

Tom and I love small track racing and have been going to this particular track for about 17 years now. We decided that we'd like to sponsor a couple of the drivers to show our appreciation and it's great for name recognition as well.

This week we raffled off a kid's bike at intermission and got some great plugs over the loud speaker. We are excited about our driver who has very high integrity and knows how to drive..."Rocky Mountain Realty of Colorado Springs, where race fans get free season tickets with EVERY closing!" Talk about name recognition! About 2,000 people attend the track every week.

Anyone else use this creative venue for advertising? We love it and it gives us a reason to go to the races...we have to see our driver win!!!

it's easy to do, just call the local track coordinator and ask what you can do. Some people give away dinner certificates, etc... Good Luck!

I know a local short track racer. He wants to buy an old set of tires/rims I have.... But I was thinking about having him put my name on his racecar in lieu of pmt

Sponsor a car at Seekonk Speedway! That's where Tom and I would do it if we were still living in MA. We're originally from there, but we love it here in Colorado.

Larry:

There's a little redneck inside each one of us...but you are a life coach, so you already know that. You just have to listed to that little voice inside saying, "Sponsor a race car, Larry..." It's in there right now, but if you have a redneck wife, the little voice might be drowned out by a little louder voice saying, "Are you still on the computer? You never want to talk to ME!"
