Not all homes for sale in the City of Dublin are in the Dublin School District.  There are Dublin Ohio neighborhoods in the Hilliard School District.

The homes for sale represented in the Dublin homes for sale are homes in the Dublin School District, that includes the homes in the graph above as well as others.  Both have 'twin peaks" a high in November 2008 like most of Central Ohio but the two graphs for Dublin area homes for sale have a second peak in February 2009 that you do not see in Worthington, Clintonville, Lewis Center, Powell graphs.  The Westerville School District had the "twin peaks" the same two month as the City of Dublin (this graph) and the Dublin School district did.  The City of Dublin graph has that third peak back in April 2008...
