It Happened Again! Route66Living.com Gets Another Real, Live Client!

By
Real Estate Agent with I.V.P.G. - Inland Valley Professional Group

Hi All,

I just got off the phone after speaking to my newest blogging client.  She found me after doing a Google search and gave me a call to get help looking for a home in Claremont or Upland.

We are meeting tomorrow morning to look at some homes.  I am loving this!  So far this will be the second actual client that I will meet with who has come to me directly as a result of my blogging activities.  If anyone is in any doubt as to the value of blogging, I am living proof that this works.  This works really well.  This works better than anything I have done thus far, including meeting folks at Open House's.

I can only hope that everyone will have the opportunity to receive these kinds of results.  I am looking avidly forward to the days, which I am sure are not far in the future, when getting a new blogging client will be a daily occurrence and I will be busier than a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs!

Now, I am off to get celebratory Ice Cream from Handel's Ice Cream Parlour on Mountain in Montclair/Upland.

Take care all, help lots of people and have a wonderful day!

Tisza

Blogging is definitely "your thing" and will likely always be your central marketing activity.  Not sure about "daily", but regularly for sure.  I say "a steady stream of clients", which is what I have had.  Daily would be 365 a year...that might be a little overly optimistic and overwhelming :)

Hi All,

ARDELL - Yes, it is very DEFINITELY my thing!  And it most certainly will hold pride of place in my marketing arsenal.  Actually, this, door knocking and getting out and pressing the flesh.  I like the direct connections that each of these forms provides.

Mary - Thanks, I am eagerly awaiting your post on a similar topic.  And I am looking forward to meeting you on Saturday.

Take care, help lots of people and have a wonderful day!

I think once the competitionis over you will do even better as you settle in t talk to your clients on your blog.  The competition really was great for you, but there is "life after Project Blogger".  Some of us can't wait to get back to it.

Hi All,

Scott - I get excited when I get to share great stories with everyone.  Keep blogging,  I am sure it is only a matter of time when I will be reading a post like this from you :-)

ARDELL - Life after Project Blogger?  Surely you jest... Seriously, to say that this competition has been great for me, would be almost undervaluing it's importance.   But I am also looking forward to the time when I will merely be watched and not scrutinized.  Although, having the almost instant feedback from the competition audience has been, and continues to be extremely valuable and very fulfilling.  I am hopeful that soon I will be able to share the story of my first accepted blogging offer and my first blogging listing and sale as well.

Take care all, help lots of people and have a wonderful day!

Tisza - thanks, me too on both counts!  I have a really low Google page ranking and my blog just does not come up in the search engines. But Paul Chaney had an insightful post today and I think it may be a big help to me in this regard. So I took his advice and fixed my title and hopefully now, Google and MSN and Yahoo will know my blog exists...and it will be findable...and like you I'll be able to report that the blog has brought me a client!  I think it's just awesome that you have 2 clients from blogging already!! You go, girl!!

Tisza,

Why blog when you can buy leads?

LOL

Good job!  And so difficult to get across to blog skeptics!

Hi All,

Mary - My Google page rank is nowhere near where I would like it to be, but that will come with time and content.  I appreciate your good wishes.

Kelli - You are so right, to borrow a phrase "The Harder I Work The Luckier I Get".  Of course holding the rabbit's foot in one hand (which is very difficult as the rabbit spends most of it's time trying to get away), crossing my fingers, throwing salt over my shoulder and keeping a four leaf clover in my teeth helps too, but it sure makes it tough to type :-)

Mike - Why buy leads when you can blog?  LOL!  Besides, I am not allowed to buy leads yet, I have to lead with revenue and I can't afford them.  Right now about all I could pay for would be initials in a general area.  Thanks for stopping by and for your kudos.

Renae - Yes, it is very nice to have such a wonderful and swift response.  I can only hope that everyone will experience the same results.

Take care all, help lots of people and have a super day!
