Mitch, I'll take a 2-bedroom coop!  I was really interested in the inventory comparison by area - back when I lived in New York, lower Manhatten was so funky!  The only time I ever went there was for chicken soup at Rattners!

Hi Pat, Rattners closed a few years ago. My great grandmother lived on the lower east side. The blintzes at Rattners were the best! Now LES is young and trendy. Lower Manhattan is a very desirable place to live.
