Anyone know what builders are offering a free pool incentive for a new home in the east valley of AZ?

I have a client that MUST have a pool, and they MUST stay under 200k. They don't want to go out to San Tan Valley. Any suggestions?

Don't blame them for wanting a pool in very hot weather.

There are a lot of resells with pools under $200 in the east valley --- do they have to have new?
