Lenn, What a fabulous way to showcase and market this community. You are the perfect person, owning one of these beauties yourself.

Margaret. I don't own one of these. I wish to goodness I were in the market for a home now, I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

My home is in Lovettsville, about 10 minutes farther west of Waterford. When I had my home build in 2005-2006, these babies in Waterford were priced about $200K higher or more.

I did sell the home on top last October. It's a beauty.

Those homes are HUGE! What does it cost to AC them?

Gosh Ann. I suppose it would depend on where it's set. Probably about $150-200 a month for AC.

I'm in the same area and my homes in 3800 sq. ft.

Since it's country out here and a lot cooler than more dense areas closer in, I haven't even turned my air on yet this year. The windows are all open and it's refreshing.

I knew without even reading a word that these were Toll Brothers homes. They build in my area of Mass as well and use many of the same floor plans. Hope you land a few buyers for this neighborhood Lenn.
