Sally (and Randy) - looks like a great deal on this condo. I have ben reminding folks about the first time buyer tax credit as well as time is running out, especially if you are buying a short sale.

Good combo, in regards to the sellers choice for representatives. I'm also anxious to see how this Tax Credit plays out for folks who haven't owned a primary residence for the past three years. Overall, I think it is a good thing.

Mililani Town Association Community has 7 rec centers and 5 of them have pools. Mililani Parkway Townhouses is just one of MANY townhouse/condo complexes within Mililani Town :)
