6 Comments on It a new day and a new company
I wish you all the best but usually it is not the company. As a trainer I see a lot of agents making a move only to find out it is them that needed to change. With the right skills anyone can produce on any level with any company.
Congrats Gusty! An office full of friendly faces and positive go-getters beats an office full of prideful, unfriendly agents any day of the week. These days, cost is often a factor that keeps agents moving from office to office. Brokers and companies alike are restructuring their fees and splits more and more often, and sometimes you just have to pack up and go. I was lucky to be in the same office for most of my years as an agent, and my relationship with my Broker was solid as a rock by my 6th year with that office. I hope this office enables you to build that solid foundation you are looking for. Good luck!
Gusty, I'm glad you found the right fit for yourself. I have been a year with Coldwell
Banker, also my 4th company, and I feel I really made a good move, too!
Hi Gusty~ I am glad you are happy with your new office. Hopefully you will be up and running in no time!
Gusty, you had to do what's best and what feels right. I hope this is a company you will thrive in. Sounds like you got off to a good start with the other agents welcoming you.

Thank you so much for the nice comments. Its not the company that will make the difference, but it is the company that will help with some tools to help me better myself as a Realtor. I would say my motivation and excitement are at an all time high. In Real Estate you have to have passion for what you do to survive and thrive and I have that!!
